Dr. Jasper has served as President and CEO for Gateway to Knowledge Consulting since 2007. In this role, she works with public school districts, private schools, charter schools, and child development centers to provide quality and professional staff development to educators and administrators. She, along with the staff, has successfully trained, coached and mentored thousands of educators and administrators in over 30 school districts in:

Dr. Jasper holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master’s degrees in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.  Additionally, she possesses certifications as a Superintendent, Principal and Teacher.
