Ms. Jasper has served as President and CEO for Gateway to Knowledge Consulting since 2007. In this role, she works with public school districts, private schools, charter schools, and child development centers to provide quality and professional staff development to educators and administrators. She, along with the staff, has successfully trained, coached and mentored thousands of educators and administrators in over 30 school districts in:

Ms. Jasper earned her Master’s degrees in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership, and Education from the University of Memphis, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi. With a diverse range of certifications, she has held roles as a Superintendent, Principal, Assistant Principal, Science Specialist, and Training Coordinator in Professional Development Services for Houston ISD. Her extensive teaching experience spans across both Texas and Tennessee.
